To review and change your user settings, click on the user icon in the upper right corner and select "Manage account". You will be taken to the Organization overview showing any organizations you may belong to.
To review and edit your personal information click on the Settings tab at the top.
Here you can review your personal information, request a password change and configure other security settings,
We also recommend enabling 2FA (two-factor authentication), which provides an additional security level. Once enabled, you will be prompted to enter a one-time SMS code upon logging in. To enable, type in a correct mobile phone number (has to start with a country code like "+1" or "+44") and activate the 2FA toggle. Another 2FA option is available by using a Time-Based One-Time Pin (TOTP) where the code will be entered using an authenticator app. By November 2026, the 2FA using SMS will be deactivated and ImpactMapper will fully migrate to TOTP.
