Similar to the "Find” function of applications like Microsoft Word and Excel, this feature allows you to search a text for all instances of a word or phrase and tag it with your Custom Tags or Default Outcomes. You can either go through each instance of the word and tag the ones you want or tag them all simultaneously.
To get started, click on "Search and Tag" button in an open report .
A pop-up box will appear with your keyword, and options to select the word only or 1 sentence around the word to tag. You can then select the tag that you would like to apply in the “and tag it with:” field. Press “Tag all.”
A screen will come up with all of the selections for you to validate for tagging. If you do not want one of the suggested tags to be added, unselect the checkbox. Press “Proceed”
