If you are using a language other than English or having issues viewing your translations correctly in Excel, you will need to correctly encode and import your data in UTF-8 format.

Once you download your CSV, you can import it in Excel via File > Import.

Select Delimited and Unicode (UTF-8) under File origin. Your data layout and responses should be shown underneath in correct language.

Click Next and select Comma as the Delimiter format. Once you click Next your data should be available for you to view in Excel.
