Single choice (only 1 response is allowed)
Multi-choice (multiple responses are allowed)
Rating (or star rating; you decide how many stars the respondent can give. Describe the rating scale in question description)
Opinion scale (the default is set to 1-10, you can change this by setting the minimum and maximum value, and the low, mid and high points)
Single matrix (multi-choice format presented in a matrix where respondents choose one answer per row; answers can be in short text, numerical, financial, or single choice)

Country selection (displays all countries and relevant for questions collecting country data; can be set as a multi-choice or single-choice question; allows user to include all countries in one click for survey participants to choose from).
The question types have the following settings:
Add tag/s to a question
Attach one document
Enable conditional logic
For short text type of question, use the entered response as a name for the tabular presentation of data
For multi-choice and country selection questions, set a minimum or maximum number of answers
For numerical questions, only allow positive numbers
Allow 'Other' option for single or multiple-choice options
