Once the survey has been completed and submitted to the platform, ImpactMapper allows users to add tags to survey answers. This is a very helpful feature, which allows you to analyze open-ended text answers to a survey so you can see trends.
To do this, you can go to the Responses tab and open the completed survey you want to see, marked with a green dot. Click Tag Answer to enter new or additional tags. The video below shows this process.
